EGR stands for exhaust gas recirculation, the main function of this valve is to allow exhaust gases to re-enter through the intake to help lower engine temperatures, and control emissions. Search around the intake manifold area, this is usually where it is mounted.

Exhaust gas regulator/ under intake near exhaust manifold ussually it looks like a small round top

The is no 'EDM' fuse. Do you mean 'ECM'?

the camshaft position sensor (CPS) is located on the side of the left cylinder head. It's shadowed underneath the intake manifold.

Code 34 on 1992 Isuzu Amigo

EGR Temp sensor fault. A little sensor on the back of the intake manifold, where the EGR feeb pipe enters the intake manifold chamber.

Usually caused by a small spreading of the female terminals of the wiring connector. Check both sides, sensor and harness, and ensure both female terminals have a good, tight fit.

My Check Engine light was on and I took it and had Auto Zone test it.The problem was my EGR.I was wondering where is it located and is this a common problem.

Look on Auto Zone's website for a picture of the EGR valve....usually located near the top rear of the engine. You can try cleaning the EGR with some carburetor cleaner as they usually get pretty fouled up with carbon deposits, just remember to replace the gasket when after you remove it. If cleaning the EGR does not help, you may need to replace it.
