Re: I am attempting to remove/reinstall the Evaporator...
In order to replace the evap core, you will have to remove the entire dash. A guideline, or general order of parts removal would be:
- Remove lower panels beneath the dash.
- Remove the lower dash panel below the steering wheel.
- Remove the glove box.
- Remove the radio and bezel surrounding it.
- Remove the instrument cluster and bezel surrounding it.
- Lower the steering column.
- Remove the passenger airbag. Make sure you disconnect the battery for safety.
- At this point you're getting close you should be able to start removing all the bolts that secure the dash.
Good luck, that's a pretty big undertaking.
