Where is the Starter relay located on a 94 chey k2500

no engine told ,Diesel? and size?
manual or auto trans? if manual clutch switch bad.
the service manual covers that.
most cars made the battery FUSE box has that and the lid on the box names it,, did you under hood look firsta
try cranking in Neutral firsts (oops?)
Jump starts work (jumper cabled)
all fuses good.
some of these trucks have no such relay at all.
just key and PRNDL switch and to starter solenoid..
or if manual clutch switch used not PRNDL.
I looked at 88-98 ,all engines and most have no such thing at all
but 1994 is 500 page manual ,in paper, not digital ever. so no PDF of 500 pages, (buy one used on ebay is best) paper

some had this.
under hood box.

Starter relay location and fuse box locations on 1989 oldsmobile 88 royale

Starter relay is on the starter motor, and the fuse box should be under the dash, in the drivers feet well.

What do the fuse relays under the hood of a 1998 oldsmobile 88 ls control

You have fuses and relays . The fuses are or should br labled inside each cover if still there as well as on the fuse block itself, If not I can look under the hood of mine and tell you. The relays from left to right thats passenger to driver and numbered including the empty spaces as mine hase three on the right and two on the left with three emty slots in between. Now Olds seems to have kept this araingement for some time also my '98 88 has ABS as part of TCS but no relays there and diferent climate controls over the years it is posible you have more or less than are presnt on mine the complete list is as follows
#1 - AC compressor control for the compressors clutch
#2 - Horn relay
#3 - AC blower fan motor on, at low speed on the '98
#4 - AC blower motor off or high speed depending on year, not present on my "98
#5 - ABS pump relay ,not present on my '98
#6 - ABS Main relay also labled as pump relay for some years, not present on '98
#7 - High speed cooling or radiator fan
#8 - Low speed cooling or radiator fan

What's the plastic shield blocking the Starter? How to get past it to replace starter?

It`s a heat shield, there should be plastic caps covering the screws to remove that to reach the starter.

1999 Olds 88 won't start. It just clicks once. Battery tested ok.

These cars are notorious for failed antitheft systems. You probably don't even know you have it, but it is there. Go to this link, try the quick fix "ten minute trick"

I have a 1998 olds 88 And. The blower motor motor isn't working where is the relay for the blower motor exactly

I think under the hood in a fuse box.I would check the blower motor resistors connection afterwards.Turn ignition and fan switches on then wiggle the pigtail going to the resistor. Its located in the heat duct on the passenger side near the floor. These resistors are known for getting hot and melting the pigtail causing it to loose connection.

Olds 88 alternator fuse

You may find a blown fusible link or burnt wire/bad connection at the starter large terminal.I would start the car and check voltage output at the alternator output terminal first in case it's just a bad alternator. If you have 14+ volts at the alternator output terminal, you could also just run a 10 gauge wire from that terminal to battery positive directly and disconnect the alt feed to the starter terminal.

I need a fuse diagram for a 92' Oldsmobile 88 royale.. My park brake sensor keeps beeping, and the brake isn't even down.. Also, the park brake light is also on.. PLEASE HELP.. It BEEPS going up...

I don't think a fuse diagram is what you need.
If you get under the dash and look up at the parking brake pedal assembly you might see a switch with one wire. Its a simple piece of metal that is a ground and it gets pushed off its contact by a nub on the brake mechanism. That switch may have come loose and is cust a constant ground or a plastic pin on the back of the switch which keeps it from turning could have broke off and it moved out of posistion.
