94 cadillac sedan deville

When the car is cold the car starts up. when the car heats up it shuts off by itself and I have no current coming out of my spark plug wires. car cools down it starts off again and it has a mist.

I have a 1994 deville concours and I am having a problem with it overheating. It has water in the oil, and smoke does come out of the exhaust pipes, but I thought that was normal if the vehicle had dual exhaust pipes. I took it to a mechanic and he told me that I have a leak in the coolant crossover. Is this normal, or does this sound like I have blown head gaskets.

No heat

even after car warms up is there no heat is there any air at all comeing out of vents rather it be hot or cold reason i ask theses questions is to solve your problem

I have a 1995 Cadillac Sedan Deville with 109k miles. I bought it new, and it's been without any major problems. Now there is a consistant engine shut down problem after driving or at idle for 7 minutes...

I have a similar issue with a 94 DeVille. Runs for a while then shuts down. Fuel pressure is good (I drove around with a pressure gauge attached and it still shut down with no drop in pressure). I've replaced the idle control and ignition module - no improvements.
I too have code P012 showing which to (potentially) the crank position sensor - which I can't seem to locate.
Any luck on your issue?
