Hi got a c180 99 model, w202 lve changed the fuel pump, all geniune merc parts, you can hear it working but it will start then stop,then you try again and it just cranks over with no running. can you please let me know on a few tips, could it be the fuel filter or the battiers in the key??? thank you con

Try this. Turn the ignition to position 2 and leave it about two minutes(you should hear components moving/making noise under the hood). This should relearn the throttle stop(sounds like your vehicle lost synchronization). After that period of time, start the car and see if it helps. If not, then it will probably have to go to the dealer so they can use the computer to try and relearn it.

hello,good day,first we are in fuel side,better to install a fuel gauge,to determine the right pressure, is not mention your fuel pump relay,this should also check,some occasion the power supply is missing,now if all is in order (fuel side) then your switching unit(transistor box) need tobe check,assuming your engine is 103 engine,ty

Not sure about mercs, but on most other cars it means that the wipor motor needs replacing or te contacts cleaned inside it.
