1994 honda del sol si loses acceleration when turning into traffic from an on-ramp, rides very rough, smells bad sometimes and sweet othertimes, low gas mileage.... it went for a tuneup and oil change, the distributor was replaced twice now. 1 mechanic said its the ECU, another mechanic found the check engine lite didn't illuminate because the socket and bulb were removed, another said it's the fuel pump.... I can't afford to tow it all over town.

Im in the same boat with my 99 civic si. it is wiring in the steering wheel that is causing your horn to not work. it is a lot of work to replace the wire in the steering wheel, so if you want a horn, my suggestion is to wire the horn to a aftermarket switch. it is a cheap and easy solution and will get the job done.
