Chances are the horn is burnt out, the gas gauge will require a new fuel tank gas gauge sending unit and the odometer will require the speedomenter be removed and sent out for repair, the little gear drive for the odometer is broken

These answers are based on the fact that you have not mentioned any repairs that you have attempted to fix these problems, my solutions are based on my 25 years at a large Ford dealer as a service tech.

Sorry for the lack of detail. I just inherited this truck, and I know it's had maintenance on it, but I don't know what has been done to it at all, this is my first try at trying to repair it, and I know pretty much nothing about fixing cars, but figured I'd try anything that might work.

Go to the horn and have someone press the horn button, you should have 12 volts at the horn connector.

Odometer won't work unless headlights turned off, radio lights dim, blinker won't blink all the time now battery light comes on but battery tests good. Intermittent issues getting worse. Horn

You probably have a bad ground in the electronic instrument cluster, or cluster connection to wiring harness. I would recomend you have a qualified auto tech diagnose it. It is not a easy fix.

My 1994 ford f150 truck horn doesn't work ,I needto know how to fix it and what to do to rule out things ?

Find horn under hood, than unplug the wire on it ,take a long enough wire to reach battery and horn touch wire on horn where the plug gos in and the other end of wire on battery,if the horn dont sound than its the horn, go to harborfreight or parts store and buy a new one, ifr the horn does sound than take off panel on steering wheel,3 screws behid wheel and look for wire to be pluged in and check the grounding wire.

1970 Ford F100 Gas Gauge Not Working

It may be the sending unit in the tank that needs replacing. Here's how you can check: Turn the key on and disconnect the sender unit at the gas tank. Ground the sender unit's wire with a jumper wire from the truck's harness to ground. Watch the gauge. If the gauge on the dash is good, grounding the sender wire will cause the gauge needle to react and should move to full. This would indicate a new sending unit is required. If the gauge doesn't move when the sender unit is grounded, the gauge is bad and needs replacing. Pull the instrument cluster out to replace the gas gauge. Likely any old ford gas gauge might work-back then, there were not so many production changes.

I have a 2003 ford escape & the digital odometer doesn't work correctly

Have the dealer do a speedometer accuracy test. They have a special tool that can electronically read the speed and then compare it to the readout of the odometer.

1988 ford broncho horn doesn't work ,relay clicks when horn button is pushed,I replaced the horn it still doesn't work. what should I check next.

OK, try to use a test light and connect the horn lead to ground to see if there is current, and to see if it sounds. If it does, then the wiring is fine to the horn itself. The relay may click, but are the contacts ok? Maybe swap out the relay for a new one.

Horn/fuel gauge/oddometer not working 1993 SW1

unrelated:

odometer issue hits all saturns 91-95 eventually, they sell kits on ebay to fix it but you will have to pull the cluster, take it apart and reassemble it. not worth it on a 500 dollar car.

fuel gauge you need a new sender unit, sits in the gas tank with the fuel pump, replace both when you go to that much trouble to drop the gas tank out to get to it.

horn sits under the driver's headlight. jumper the battery to it and if it works then your problem lies with the relay, or more likely the horn switch inside the steering wheel. if it does not work with jumper then you can buy a generic horn at a parts store.

1995 T-BIRD FORD SPEEDOMETER WORKS BUT NOT THE ODOMETER

This is a fairly common problem on these old T-birds. According to legend, a factory in Germany made the little plastic gears that drive the odometer and they just made a bad batch of plastic. The gears last about 10 years and then turn to powder. If you get another speedometer from the salvage yard and it works, good luck, because it will probably die soon also. From a dealer....well, it's a **** shoot. In Orlando, Florida, there are several shops who have had new gears made and they can fix it for about $100 off the car. Try locally first, if it's so common then there are probably others who have new gears too.

1996 ford ranger odometer / trip stopped working

Since your speedometers work, the problem is in the gearing to the trip and mileage odometers. Simple problem, major pain to fix but, remove instrument cluster - you'll have to remove speedo cable to get it out. Use the old Mark I eyeball to check for broken parts. Might even have to drop steering column - disconnect air bag first!
