Car cranks but will not idle

If it starts and runs, but won't idle, could be a vac leak, dirty throttle body, or faulty idle air control valve.

Where is the fuel filter on the 2005 Element?

The fuel filter for a Honda 2005 Element is located inside the actual gas tank, it is part of the fuel pump. It is not something you can replace yourself.

I need a radio code for a honda accord 2005 vin 1hgcm72745a000056 and serial number 12261212

I don't think you will find this online; the dealer can find it for you but probably won't do it free.
If you lost the radio because of battery change or disconnect, you can prevent this from happening again with a cheap, simple device that uses a standard 9 volt battery and your cigarette lighter/power jack, to supply 'keep alive' voltage while disconnecting the main battery. Auto parts stores carry them.
