look in the owners man. to see if it has a progrramable function setting.this feeture will tell you how or what to do to turn it off.you may have to turn the key on and off a certain amount of time or something of that sort.i've had to fine this info. for the passenger seatbelt buzzer in my F-350.yes it is a pain in the a#$.lol
Hi Charles, sorry but I don't know....but it can't be very difficult to find. First open the bonnet (hood) and look for a plastic box with a cover and maybe two or three clips holding down the top cover. It may not be square, in fact it may have a shape with a number of angles. there will be wiring looms going into it. There could be one under the bonnet and another inside the cabin. That one will usually be behind a cover or locker of some type. On some vehicles its mounted behind the glove locker on others behind a panel. I know I haven't been much help but 'I know you can find it if you look. Regards John
it will fit as long and the gear rasheo is the same because if it is 4x4 it will blow out the transfercase. other than that yeah is should fit just fine
Try hitting the starter with a hammer but not too hard,if it then starts then the brushes in the starter are bad, usually only 2 of the 4 go bad and they dont make contact, the brush kit is only $20.00 and real easy to change,a new rebuilt starter is about $90.00,my starter went out in the middle of winter on my 94 Bronco when i was parked over a water puddle, boy was i wet!..Now for the other persons problem it may be the ignition switch at the base of the column which is about a $10.00 part and 2 screws
i dont think they will. you would be better off finding the right one versus trying to make something work and then you might have even more problems to deal with
