Those were no load readings. Your problem is under load. take it toa dealer and let them plug into it.
What could it be? What all does under load include?
There is a machine called a dynamometer. It allows the car to run and be tested while running. Under load luts the engine under strain, heck driving does that. Under this strain condition you can produce times when your engine requires more fuel, less timing, etc. Turning your wheels creates a strain because your using the power steering pump. Changing gears creates a load hense your RPM drops. A car sitting still will create perfect readings and you put it in drive and they all go away. Another way to "create" a dyno is simply have then hook up, lock down the emergency brake, and put in reverse with maybe the rear wheels chocked. Betcha they have something to look at then.
You have presented a multiscenario problem. Do you have a cracked coil causing sputtering, possibly a faulty plug wire sending it's spark to the engine block, how about water in the gas. Check one thing at a time but don't buy any parts until you can confirm the defects to yourself or a trained professional. Too many angles to attack without being there.

I understand the conditions situation, but do you have any clue as to what the issue is. I changed the gas pump, but it is still dying on me.
