I had the same problem with my wifes rodeo what you have to do is go into the housing for the bearing there is a washer that has 3 screws you need to take out. after you take it out there is a peice that has 5 holes put something in the holes to unscrew it i used needle nose pliers. once you get that piece out you can remove the rotor you may have to jiggle it a little but the rotor will come right off

How do u remove hubs on a 1992 Isuzu big horn

TO DO WHAT? not even the smallest hint on job or failure.>?
USA?
hubs, the rears have hubs to with disc brake option.rotor hubs.
I guess front hubs?.
guess 2, wheel bearing hubs, and not 4wd axle locking hub units.
doing what?
brakes, wheel bearings, axle damage. 4wd axle bearings what?
the pages are 2wd pages, and 4 wd pages, which is yours?
is this your first time DIY ever. ? or first time 4wd?
guess 3, 4wd, how am I guessing....

Chevrolet Trooper
Isuzu Bighorn
Holden Jackaroo
Holden Monterey
Honda Horizon
HSV Jackaroo
Opel Monterey
Subaru Bighorn
Vauxhall Monterey
wow......
our usa book lists it as trooper only.
so ...

just B or B then A off? if you had b off, you'd see what?, a big nut.
that is locked to spindle shaft.
ill guess? wheel bearings are bad? (just in hub not spindle bearings bad... no matter this is first.)
so you do what. ? here are the steps.

that part"B" must be off first, see the bolts holding it, ?
B = auto locking hubs. or hub axle lockers.
26005769-b5pjo3cin0lhc1b54v4xlnuy-4-0.jpg you can see the caliber must come off, so, do so and tie them up.
  1. "Place the Transfer shift in the 2H position.
  2. Raise and support the front of the vehicle safely on jackstands. (rear tires chocked, and hand brake set hard)
  3. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
  4. Loosen the hub to rotor retainer bolts.
  5. Remove the brake caliper mounting bolts and carefully remove the caliper (along with the brake pads) from the rotor. Do not disconnect the brake line. Secure the caliper out of the way with the flexible line still connected.
  6. Remove the hub nut using hub wrench J-29020-A or equivalent. ( special tool)
  7. Remove the hub cap assembly retainer bolts. Remove the spindle nut, washers, and other components. Remove the hub/rotor, being careful not to drop the outer wheel bearings. As the hub/rotor is pulled forward, the outer wheel bearings will often fall forward.
  8. Once the hub/rotor is removed, remove the retainer bolts securing the rotor and hub together. Inspect the hub and replace if needed."
  9. end removal. install is next... (alldata.com covers this)

How do I complete isuzu rodeo brake disc replacement?

If the abs tone ring needs to be removed to gain access to the rotor, then use a torch to heat it until it spins freely and pop it off with a couple of screw drivers. If, however, the tone ring is bolted to the rotor, just use an allen wrench to remove the bolts and then put it on the new rotor. But, I'm guessing by the way you posted the question that the toothed tone ring needs to come off before you can even get the rotor off.
As far as a stuck rotor, I recommend heat, or without a torch, bang it with a rubber mallet, (please wear eye protection!) until it falls off. I have had to hit brake drums VERY hard, but not often a rotor. However, trucks have all sorts of rust.

I'm pretty sure you will have to remove the spindle bolt that holds the rotor in place in the center of the hub.

How do you replace front rotors for 1997 Isuzu Trooper

you will have to pull the calipers and everything off in order to get to them. remove center cap on rotor and remove center nut, pull out bearings. rotor bolts onto hub possibly with 14mm bolts and nuts take these loose and rotor should seperate from hub.

Replacing front rotors

you do have to dissasemble the hubs because the rotors bolt on to them. if it is two wheel drive take the center caps off of hubs remove the spindle nuts and bearings pull complete hub assembly off and unbolt rotor from hub. if it is four wheel drive you will have to remove the lockout assembly be careful not to loose any parts from this it won't work when put back together.

Cannot get the rear discs off my 2000 rodeo for a brake and disc change. everything is off, they will not slide off.

Check the specs, sometimes even though the front rotors slide off ,the rear rotors may be of a different design and you may have to take out the center bolt to get them off.If thats not the case then you may need a rotor removal tool. There should be a couple of threaded holes somewhere on the throat of the rotor, the tool will bolt into those holes then there will be a center bolt that you will tighten against the bearing bolt,as you tighten this up it should pop off the rotor.
