Starting engine, hear one click or pop then no power at all. When this happens I loose the Drivers HUD for speedometer Gas gauge and Tachometer. Happened twice in last 4 months. Bad fuse found the first time. Looked at fuses again, found no blown fuses. Had battery, alternator and cables checked. All indications were that these things were good

check for loose connection at the instrument cluster.

If you look under the dashboard on the driver's side, there is a fuse panel. Under this panel is the BCM(body control module). There may be a bad relay in the bcm. Worse case scenario is a bad BCM. I hope this information is helpful to you, Good luck.
