Should open up the glove box and you will see some clips on either side. You turn them to drop down the fuse panel. Use your manual or do a quick google search for the manual and fuse position number.

Manual doesnt specify which one is for the cigarette outlet. Would you happen to know?
Try position number 30, pull it and see if thats blown. If not, then you could pull one at a time until you find it. just be sure to only pull one look at it and replace then move on, or if you have a fuse checker you wont have to pull em...

Thank you markmc7979! I tried pulling each one but to no avail :( I will see if I can locate "position 30" and try that one. I had just had it fixed at the dealership when a penny got stuck in the cigarette light and blew it. It was fixed but then shortly after both the cigarette outlet & the back seat outlets are not working :( I hope I can fix the correct fuse. I have a trip w/ my @ yr old and could really use the power for movies & such & sanity! LOL
