Ac hose leak?
leaking heater core?

Hint: it leaks when it RAINS

If it were related to the heater core or the AC drain, it would be leaking when it is not raining also, so those diagnoses are not logical.

The grand prix has a long history of floor leaks from seal failures around the air intake under the windshield cowling, where RAIN water runs in.

Its probably a clogged ac leak hose. the air conditioner system creates condensation and drips out of this hose. if it clogged it will leak onto the passenger floor. use a air compressor gun with a long tip to blow out the clogged line. its usually a rubber black tube under the the car, near the back of the engine and in front of the firewall. A local shop could do this for you pretty inexpensively if you cant get under the car with an air compressor.

check for hole in floor if not problem run hose on car while seeing where water is entering. if nothing leeking with hose see if water is comeing from your heater box (passenger front under dash)and the liqued in car is anti freeze if so replace heator core.

Whenever it rains, my floor becomes soaked with water. It occurs predominately on the passenger side and floods all the way to the backseat. I know this problems is not any way associated with the air...
Contact you local GM dealer. They will have a few updated parts to sell you that will take care of this. I think there is a rubber diverter, possibly a plastic shroud, and possible a new cowl cover.

2000 Grand Prix. Water leaks on passenger side floor only when air conditioning is on. Mecahnic has tried various trouble shooting to no avail. Keeps shorting out the resistor.
There is a drain line on the firewall that is plugged.
Had the same problem, unplugged the line and problem solved.

Gets water on passenger side floor when A.C. is on. 2003 grand prix GTP
Your AC drain is clogged. If you look near the floor under the dash on the passenger side you will find a small rubber hose that goes thru the floor board. Take the hose off and clean it out. You will find that it is clogged with dirt. Once it is cleaned out hook it back up under the dash. You will notice that if the car is running with the AC on, you will be able to see water dripping on the passenger side under the car that will mean you cleaned the hose out and it is working.

I have water running from under the passenger side interior floor board what could it be coming from or has any one else experienced it really flows when turning corners
It sounds like condensed water from the air conditioner. Just like a glass with ice in it sweats, the cold part of an air conditioner sweats. That water needs to go somewhere. There is a drain on the bottom of the ductwork that comes out under the car, often toward the passenger side.

If the drain gets plugged, the A/C still sweats, but the water builds up inside the ductwork.

You can often clear the drain by blowing some air up the drain from the outside. (Don't use too much pressure!)

Water coming in to front passenger floor when it rains
The heater/airconditioner box under the dash has a drain hose to allow condensation to drain when the air conditioner is running. If this hose gets plugged, rain may accumulate in this box also (if it's raining heavily), as it comes in through the fresh air intake.

Look on the engine side of the firewall, probably on the passenger side, for a hose coming through the firewall that is not connected to anything. It is usually short, has a 90 degree bend, and the open end is down. Make sure that the end of this hose is not plugged.

Is it water or coolant, if its coolant need to replace heater core. If its water could be door weatherstrip problem or windshield leaking . also can have someone spray water on car and you sit inside and look for water leaks.

Blower motor goes out every so often? Design flaw connected to the wiper motor???
could be that when it rains or is wet out that water is leaking into your car under the hood under the vent by the windshield wipers on the passenger side and instead of being filtered out its going into the car on the passenger side floor. (check to see if this is wet after a heavy rainfall) and causing a short and rusting it out. this happened with my 2002 grand prix just this year. I got a water resistor for like $3.50 from a local pontiac dealership/parts store and put it in. Its easy to install and it poured out today and my car didnt leak at all.
