There is not an AC fuse but rather a relay. Your AC clutch relay is located under the hood. Should be on the bottom all the way to the left. The relay box is located behind the battery.

You can buy fuses in petrol stations. There is more to AC though than just a fuse. There is a relay as well and an electronic clutch.

Car AC stopped working
There are several things that can cause electrical problems for your car's air conditioning. These can include failed switches, a blown fuse, a problem with the control module or something else. Fuses can short out and make the A/C stop working or a loose connection can create an electrical short that is easily fixed.Sep. 24, 2019
How did you hook up the inline fuse to compressor and ground to compress ? Ground what ? Right at the clutch coil ? You have to be hooking it up wrong . The compressor can't cause the clutch coil to short or blow the fuse , even if the compressor were seized up . An before that would have the serpentine belt would burn up , squealing noise. applying B+ voltage in the relay socket ,pin 30 to pin 87 will engage the compressor clutch . If the fuse blows the wiring from the relay to the compressor clutch is shorted to ground . Look for rubbed through wiring harness .
Hi Steve, have the gas pressure of the AC unit checked. There are safety pressure switches in the system which will stop the operation of the AC system if the pressure is too low. regards John
The AC clutch is passenger compartment fuse # 5. This is the fuse for the circuit through the function selector switch to the AC pressure cut off switch & the AC pressure cycling switch.
The engine compartment fuse # 23 & 3 control the WOT ( wide Open Throttle ) relay to the AC clutch diode & AC compressor clutch solenoid.
all the fuses are in the fuse box under the hood ,you may find another fuse box under the dash as well, but with the AC there are sensors under the dash on the unit that cut the AC in & out to keep it at the right temperature, AC problems sometimes have to left to qualified people to diagnose the problem.....hope this helps....cheers
Take the glove box out. Behind the fuse box you will find a big gob of black tape, (it looks like a box shape all taped up. Take the tape off and you will find three inline fuse holders taped together. The AC fuse is the 10 amp one.
Try looking under the hood. There should be a power control unit with fuses and relays that control the AC. If you suspect it is a relay take on from another source that isnt detimental to the operation of the engine and swap it over. If your AC starts to work then that is your problem.
