2002 Cadillac Escalde 6.0. Changed fuel pump and filter but after about 30 minutes of driving will slow down then sputter. Gas pedal to the floor and will only go 65 until it slows. Thought it was bad gas but fixed that issue and now unsure of what to do. Any suggestions of what it could be?

I agree with Peter on this one. Sounds like low fuel pressure. First thing is to be sure that you have around 55-60 psi when you turn the key on and running should be around 55. If the pressure drops much below these no.'s the fuel pump may need to be changed. Don't forget to check and/or change the fuel filter also.
COULD BE WEAK FUEL PUMP WEAK IGNITION SYSTEM CAUSED BY A BAD COIL CLOGGED AIR FILTER..CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS SEE IF IT HELP.IF NOT YOU HAVE LEAKING INTAKE OR LOW COMPRESSION CYLINDERS.CODE SCAN FOR FAULTY TPS SENSOR.
Hi there, This problem is most commonly caused by a weak fuel pump. It will need to be checked with a fuel pressure guage. If you can obtain a fuel pressure guage you will need to observe the fuel pressure while accellerating to see if it drops out. good luck
This can be Caused by Both the Fuel Pump and the Fuel Filter. If you have not Changed the Fuel Filter in a While, Try that First and see if it Helps Before going to the Fuel Pump. I had the same problem. I changed my fuel filter too.Your catalytic converter is clogged. I could put the pedal to the floor board and couldnt hardly pick up any speed. I could hardly make up a hill on the highway. Take it to a kia dealership and they will, they should replace it for free, they did mine and I didnt have a warranty. I think there is a warranty on that specific part. That's what it is though.
