try replacing throttle position sensor, usual suspect. but have it on a fault diagnostic machine to establish this. hope this helps and if you need any more info then dont hesitate to ask
Hey, sounds like a vacum leak - common on those engines. when engine is on idle open boonet and lissten out for any whoosing noises near the rear of engine. There is a breather there that can be changed ( black round ) or check the pipes that connect to it coming from rocker cover for damage.
