The fuse panel is found on the passenger side of the vehicle. Open the passenger side door and you should see a "fuse access door" on the side of the instrument panel/dash just under the vent.

I would start with the Fuse Box under the hood. Start by pulling the Fuse's 1 at a TIME!! I have done it befor time & time agean. It's probley by the Battery. It's a black box that has " Main Fuse " or something alone that line. There just like the Fuses under the Dash, BUT BIGGER! They can be hard to tell if they blew. I have done it so, much that I know. If it's not that I would check the Fuse Box in the Dash. Jerry Dunn
did you check the relays located in the power distribution box, under the hood, located on the drivers side, there should be 2 box's with relays and fuses.
Unplug the stereo system and check your fuse box. Locate the fuse that blew and replace it.
At this point you may want to consider having a professional install the stereo. Good luck and...stay warm!
the wires could be chewed off by mice or there could be a bad connection, also try checking the fuse to see if it is blown and if it keeps blowing then put a higher amp fuse in it.
Well it seems that a leak has shorted out some of the circuits. This may be able to be resolved if nothing has suffered permanent damage, but that will have to be diagnosed by a professional with access to the Jeep.
For now, disconnect the battery keep the Jeep in a dry place so the moisture can dissipate. Use a hair drier or fan to help speed up the drying process. While this is going on, you will have to search for the source of the leak and get it fixed, the most common area for leaks is around the windshield. If no permanent damage has been caused, and the moisture is all dried up then you may be ok.
