I have a 2003 chevy Malibu it just didnt want to start(gave no waringso we changed the fuel fiter and fuel pump and also did a tune up and now it turns over but it wont start can you please tell what else can it be?/

There is no fuel cut off switch on a 2006 Chevy Malibu. You either have a bad fuel pump, a bad fuel pump relay, or no signal tuning on the pump relay if you have a no run condition of the pump.
fuel issue? check all fuses first then check your fuel pump filter. disconnect the power cable from battery for 30 min then plug back up and try that should fix it based off the info you just gave
Your cars fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. All fuel injected cars except a few older foreign cars [mostly European] have electric pumps located inside the tank. This allows them to make the pressure required by the fuel injectors.
Only if theft light is flashing, then it would need to be reset, to reset turn key to on and wait till theft light stops flashing about 10mim or so, then turn key to off and back to start engine.
