Not sure of the exact location as far as a layout in the fuse box but in my manual it looks like it is in the box inside the engine campartment. In most cases on a toyota the layout and descriptions of the fuses and relays are printed inside the cover you pull off to expose the fuses and relays. I gave you what I had as far as a wiring diagram as well as the location of the relay box. Now the location of the relay box was in the fuel section of the service manual so that's why I figure it's in there. There also seems to be a relay for the injectors as well.
