1999 vw jetta gls - tach, speedometer, shift selector, gas gauge and amp meter all are out. Clock and various idiot lights within dash are apparently working as they light when ignition started. Car starts and runs at present. Is there likely a short somewhere or is the wire harness likely needing replacing. If harnes needs replaced, what is approx time needed to install. Thanks.
