My wife's Hyundai ET 2010 was sitting in the driveway for a week while she was away at a conference.....she started it up upon her return and the EPS light stayed on and she had no power steering. I read a bunch of info on the net (including the post above)....went back outside and started the car....EPS light on and no power steering.....then opened the hood, found the EPS module and just lightly wiggled an electrical wire coming out from the EPS module's left side....got back in the car and started it up....NO EPS LIGHT AND WE HAVE POWER STEERING BACK.....but for how long? I don't want my wife to be driving and lose power steering while on the road! Is it safe to drive it to the garage?
