I have replaced the wiring for the windows and they still dont come down how can i find the parts to fix the problem? what should i do none of the windows roll down

it is a relay that normally doesnt fail,if none of your windows work quite often the master switch has gone bad

See if all the wires have power. Sometimes you have a fusible link in the wires somewhere between the fuses and the switch. If no power could be a bad ground or the wires between the door and the body. Get a test light and good luck.

If none of the windows work - i.e. none of the windows will go up or down from any switch in the vehicle - what I would look for is a break in the Light Blue and Black wire that goes through the umbilical from the body to the drivers door. All of the windows are powered by this wire and it is common for wires to break inside the umbilical due to flexing back and forth every time the driver's door is opened and closed.

check the wiring in between the door and the vehicle in the rubber grommet.

yes, dat can b ur problem. check under the master switch to c if wire is nt loose. u need a test lite to check if power comin to it b4 changing it. easy put ur test lite **** on any metal that dont hav paint. put da sharp point to the wire undre da master switch and press botton, check wires 1by 1 wen u press it da lamp should lite up. oh yeah key must b on on position wile testing

Chrysler vehicles have a lot of problems with the regulator/motor assemblies, but first lets make sure its not the switch. See if you can get it to stop working again, once it stops go to the other switch and see if it works from that switch. If it does not work from either switch, then the most likely cause is the regulator/motor assembly.

Before running out and buying the part I have a question, when the window quits working, does all the other windows work ok? If they do, go buy the part. If they all the windows are doing the same thing you may have a switch or wiring problem.

Now, on your door locks, does none of the locks work or just one lock?

First, check the drivers door to body wiring where it passes between the doors. I'd take the panel off and start from the inside and work your way through the part that travels inside the rubber cover to the car. These are notorious for rotting wires in that area, which will cause a large problem.

If the harness is ok, replace the drivers door power window switch assembly. If the drivers door switches are bad then none of the others will work either. I see this very frequently as well from people who use too much Armour All cleaner, or drive with their window down in the rain and get it wet(smokers usually).

Are you asking how to fix this? or where to get the part that you need too fix it? If you need the wiring harness plug, you should be able to get it from any local junkyard, just tell them what kind of car and which door. If you need a new switch also they should have that too. Now if you are asking how to install the new wire harness plug then all you have to do is take off the door panel and unhook the plug going to the switch. The switch will pop up out of the armrest if you need to replace it. To fix the wiring just match the colors of the wire harness plug that you got from the junkyard to the wiring harness attached to the switch. You will just have to splice them together and then use electrical tape to wrap them separately. The colors and number of wires should be an exact match if not then you most likely do not have the right plug. This should FixYa :) Hope it helps and dont forget if it still does not work after you change the plug, it could be the window motor or the fuse. None of the windows will work if it is the fuse.

Try replacing the window switch first, it's the cheapest repair.... If not you may need a window motor.
