Our ABS light stays on constantly .Lose brake pedal occasionly. Replaced brake pads, caliphers, rotors. Still have ABS light on and lose brake partically.

If you have brake fade that is if you hold the brake pedal down and it slowly goes down to the floor you probably need a master cylinder

How to I disable the airbag on my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac so I can change out the cruise control buttons?

Remove RCM fuse from dash panel fuse box. Fuse F2.10 10 amps. Turn key onfor 30 seconds and see that Air Bag light is lit. Now disconnect battery negative cable for 1 minute, leave disconnected while service is done. now the air bag is disabled. To repower the system turn key on, insert fuse. connect battery, now turn key off for 10 seconds, then turn key on and watch the air bag light. it should go on then after the air bag module is happy that everything is ok, it will turn off.
