I just put a new starter in my subaru justy, but now just wont do nothin but click what can it be

Best suggestion, go to local parts store or e-bay and find a Chilton/Haynes manual for this car. It will lead you through the process and also give info about repairs/maintenance from stem to stern.

Is the axle removed from the car? If so cut the boot and clean the grease from around where the axle enters the joint. There should be a snap ring there

hi have you tried the crank or cam sensors as this would cause a similar problem if faulty

it is 20 years old, any serious repair will cost more than it is worth.

The fuel filter should be in the front, engine compartment on the driver's side.

Under the hood, there should be a relay box. It will be located near the battery (usually) or on the driver side. It is usually a small black rectangular or square shaped box; lift the top, and look inside the top for the layout (diagram/map) of the relays. Here you will find where the starter relay is at.

2 fuel lines you got a fuel supply line and a fuel return line.

cmp sensor(camshaft position sensor)check the wiring harness first.to see if its loose if not then it needs replaced thats what trouble code 13 list.

measure fuel pressure with engine idling the fuel gauge should read 20-24 psi if not within specification replace the fuel pressure regulator.
