What engine does it have ? 3.8 , 5.0 , or 5.8 l Probably has a CCRM -
Constant Control Relay Module
The Constant Control Relay Module(CCRM)interfaces with the Powertrain Control Module(PCM)to provide control of the cooling fan, A/C Clutch and fuel pump. The module also includes the electronic engine control(EEC)relay to provide power for the PCM
The CCRM is a set of 4 relays in one module
start the engine, and turn on thre air conditioner, and see if the fan is working, if so, then i would check out the fan relay, if the fan doe's not work after turning on the a/c, then i would check out the wiring connections to the fan.
I'm not sure but I think it is in the engine compartment. Follow the wires coming from the fan going to the relay switch. One wire is a ground and the other is power. If you have air conditioning there could be three wires for a two speed fan. Good luck.
low engine coolant ,coolant temp. switch for the fans, fan relay shorted closed.and possibly a computer.check for codes, coolant level in radiator when cold, remove relay for fan and see if the fan stops. check to see if the ac is on or if the heater ac switch is in defrost position. ac will be on and coolant fan is commanded on also.i hope this will help.
hi the temp" sender "in this case is a thermostatic switch normaly with 2 connections put an ohm meter across the connections when engine is cold it will show nill or full scale leave meter connected run motor up untill it is hot meter needle should have moved 1 way or the other if it did not the relay is at fault chris merlinv12
