I think its located on the passengers side under the hood by the strut housing.if not follow the gas line.

I BELIEVE THE PRESSURE TO BE AROUND 45 PSI...THE REGULATOR CONTROLS THIS PRESSURE AND IF THE PRESSURE IS LOW IT MAY BE A BAD FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, CLOGGED FILTER,WEAK PUMP.HOPE THIS HELPS....

I can almost guarantee that's not the prtoblem. But it's in the fuel line under the car about even with the drivers seat.

1992 Ford Tempo- Vibrations and stalls freq.
change to a good Motorcraft (Ford) oil filter with good check valve in it.

Try adding some Chevron Techron Fuel injector cleaner with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. It will clean varnish from injectors.
