You have a vacuum leak. To find a vacuum leak check hoses and if you can't find the problem get some carburetor cleaner and slowly apply it to the throttle body and intake manifold. When the engine sounds different or when the rpm lowers you have found the leak.

Car cutting even after changing petrol pump + filter

Is the check engine light on? Check your trouble codes. PO171 would indicate a leaky intake manifold gasket. The gasket between the throttle body and the manifold is also a known issue on these engines. That will cause the engine to cut out or die when the fuel pedal is pressed. parts.olathetoyota.com/toyota-engine-trouble-codes

WHAT WOULD MAKE MY CAR ENGINE WANT TO RACE FORWARD

A few possibilities:
  1. Defective throttle position sensor (TPS);
  2. Bad idle bypass circuit or idle circuit solenoid;
  3. Cracked intake manifold, throttle body assembly, or bad throttle body gasket (most likely);
  4. Serious vacuum leak somewhere.

Replace no 3 coil

if im not mistaken the number 3 coil is on the right hand side of the motor so you will need to remove the intake manifold to gain access to it.
Intake Manifold Removal
  1. Remove the engine cover (if equipped).
  2. Remove the air filter outlet pipe.
  3. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation hose.
  4. Remove the air cleaner resonator.
  5. Disconnect the throttle body electrical connectors.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  7. Detach the vacuum hoses.
    • Press the retaining ring. (1)
    • Detach the vacuum hose. (2)

  8. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
  9. Detach the injector harness electrical connector from the intake manifold support bracket.
  10. Remove the intake manifold support bracket.
  11. Detach the engine wiring harness bracket.
  12. Detach the intake manifold support bracket.

    NOTE: Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
  13. Detach the throttle body.

Overheated , now a leak, dead battery, intake gasket, !!!

Could be the intake manifold gasket leak is upsetting the manifold vacumn which in turn will have an effect on the idling adjustments. The extra drag of the Auto Trans wnen engaged may cause the engine to 'cut-out'. Fix the manifold gasket first, re-adjust the idle, then see what you find.
