Either the cranking amps on the battery are low or the regulator is intermittent, meaning it is charging then once it warms up it stops charging. I would replace the alternator. Hope this helps Tim

If you can check battery make sure it's reading 12v if so your starter is probably going bad that's why you have to double the voltage almost to make it turn over
Sounds like either the voltage regulator or altenator is bad. Most part stores will test altenator, battery, and starter for free in the vehicle or out. Double check relays and cable connections
could be one of many probs check your altenator is giving a charge to the battery any garage could do this for you it only takes 30 seconds and most reputable garages wont charge for this
checke your altenator for charge. if the altenator is putting out more than 10 volts your truck will still run but your battery will not charge , a good altenator will produce 13.0 - 14.25volts .
well if the altenator is charging it will run after getting a jump, you replied you put a battery charger on it but that dont mean the cold cranking amps are good or it could have a dead cell. I would have the battery tested for sure. If you didnt drive far after jump the altenator may be bad but having the battery charged and still does it tells me it is least likely. If the battery tests good the cables could be corroded under the sheath where you cant see. There are other reasons but from what you have posted sounds like you need a battery most auto stores test them for free (load test also)
so many possibilities all you can do is test them start with you fuses if ok try to jump your battery if it is altenator you might be able to start it if you can take your negative battery cable off if it dies altenator is possibly your problem if you cant jump it battery might be the problem BUT it could be something else but recomend to start that
