I have a 1999 VOLVO S80 T6 LOST ALL POWER TO ENGINE BUT THE RADIO AND THE SEATS STILL HAVE POWER, BEFORE ALL THE POWER WENT OUT I LOST ALL MY GAGES IN THE DASH THE WEEK BEFORE BUT I CUT THE CAR OFF AND CUT IT BACK ON AND IT WAS FINE WHEN THE CAR BROKE I WAS ATTEMPTING TO PARK AND THE CAR WOULDNT GO INTO PARK UNTIL AFTER I TURNED THE CAR OFF AND THEN IT WOULDNT CUT BACK ON AT ALL IT MAKES A CLICK SOUND BUT NO POWER PLEASE HELP THANKS!

Finding the thermostat is easy. Just follow the top radiator hose back to the engine.
The question I have is how to get to the bottom screw of the thermostat housing.

Any Sugustions anyone?

disconnect the battery for 5 minutes or use a scan tool, the scan tool is prefered method.

no the sunroof has it own module it is part of the motor

If you are talking about the thermo electric cooling fan, its operation is independent of the car's electical system. It is switched on and off by the engine temperature. When you park, the engine heat soaks upward to heat the thermostat turning the fan on. It will run until the engine cools down and the thermostat switches it off.

most likely the dealer. unless you have a vag com (for VW n Audi) system or similar system to what the volvo dealers use to check for engine codes
