JUST RELEASE THE PRESSURE AT THE FUEL PRESSURE TEST PORT ON THE FUEL SUPPLY RAIL THAT SUPPLIES THE INJECTORS, IT IS A METAL VALVE LIKE A TIRE VALVE, THAT IS THE FACTORY RECOMMENDED METHOD..
If I am understanding you correctly you are saying that the starter turns sometimes and the engine does not, if this is the case the problem is the startr drive inside of the starter. If you are mechanically inclined this is alot cheaper to repair then replacing the starter. Good luck and remember to rate all the solutions you get, thanx.
