Some of these , you would have to get in the back seat area. and push in on the bottom front side of the seat to allow the bracket that clips into another bracket to release, do this on both sides of the seat, and seat should release and come out, the top portion of a lot of these older models, you would have to grasp the top of the seat, and push in and up and pull out, on them to release them from the brackets, installation is reverse. hope that this information has helped you.

What is the maximum speed of ford customline 101 hp 1952

Why do people keep asking these questions? There is no good answer because top speed depends on so many factors, such as rear axle ratio, weather, tires, state of engine tune, wear on engine, etc.

Diagram of rear brakes on 1954 Ford Custom line

My Motor's manual that covers 1954 isn't in very good shape to scan, but this video of the front brakes shows the basics, only the rear has the rear axle instead of the front spindle in the middle. They are very basic brakes.
The shoe with the shorter lining goes toward the front of the vehicle if they are different.

Chassis no for 1954 ford customline

Hi friend
The easiest place to find the VIN on your vehicle is right on the lower left corner of your dashboard. You should be able to read the number by looking through your windshield on the driver's side of your car. Check the driver's side door. The VIN might also belocated in the driver's side doorjamb or on the doorpost.

1956 ford customline 292t,b.special;my heater will not operate & no hot air out of vents. 1956 ford customline [292 thunderbird special engine]

usually this is air trapped in the system. Try leaving the cap loose on cold start and run engine until upper hose gets hot (ie thermostat opens). That should burp air. Then keep system full as it cools down. so it uscks coolant back in as it cools. Then, tighten cap.

How to install shocks on 1956 ford sedan

They are real simple. The bottom fronts have mounting plates where the bolts go into the lower "A" leaf and the tops have a stem. On the rear its mounting bolts. There are lots of rubber bushings on them.

I had 2 1956 Fords myself, a Customline and a Crown Vic convertible. One had a 312 Interceptor engine and the other was a 292. Both had the Teapot carbs.

At one time you could get adjustable shocks or booster springs to fit around the rear shocks.
