Check the transmission range sensor, if you already serviced the torque converter and the ECU is fine, you may need to replace the gear box.
Ensure gear box fluid is at level.

It sounds like the intake on your turbo is not opening up like it should. I recommend you to get it look at more closely or get it replaced.

Yes it's in Limp mode it will only run in 3rd gear.
As for the ABS, there is a wire sensor that attaches to the breaks,
If they don't attach that when the breaks are put back on or if they cut it because they don't know what it is your sensor light will be on.
SOURCE: gearbox fault light and cruise not available
The only thing that will cause a cruise control fault is a loose vacuum hose ussually on the breather hose coming from the valve cover in front to the throttle body. As for the remainder, shut off the car and restart to get you home and avoid the limp home mode. That in itself is an electronic fault in the ground system. Check you coils or replace them with a new set of plugs (autolite double platinum recommendes.) Clean any grounds you may have and then start you engine. You will notice there is no problem then. Run a diagnostic tool to see if there is any fault with grounded sensors like the O2 to keep that from happening again. Don't get the tranny replaced cause thats all the dealership wants to do and charge you $5k. Its not the actual cause. Good luck and let us know if there is anything else we can do here at fixya.
