There is no bleeder screw, you will need to top of fluid then start engine turn wheel all the way right and left then shut off eng and check fluid level, top off again if needed, if you are getting a howling noise due to a repair to the system then it will go away after a little driving and air is purged from system, this is done automaticly. if theres still a noise then the pump will need to be replaced and some aftermarket pumps will make a small amount of noise but not alot. good day.

I'm not sure i understand what your asking exactly ...There is no bleeder on the power steering .
Just fill the reservoir on the pump and turn the wheels back and forth with the lid off and burp the air out and top it off as needed.

How and where do I add power steering fuild to a 1989 Brougham? Can't find the dip stick for the steering fuild and don;t kn ow when I should add the fuild. Can you help?

You add fluid at the P/S reservoir which is belt driven. There is a large cap on top. Remove the cap and there is a built in dip stick. Unless you have a leak you will never have to add fluid.

2000 chevy 1500 silverado- rear brakes overheating

Have someone push & release pedal while at wheel with problem. See if it takes a while or slow to release. If yes, have wrench ready on bleeder screw, and try again, if it sticks/holds, crack bleeder screw, if it releases, I'd replace hose.

Power steering - 1989 toyota celica

looking at the engine from the front of the car the power steering fluid is located on the left hand side and has a black plastic screw-cap about 3inches in diameter open that and pour in fluid. be sure to watch the level markers on the side so you dont overfill. also if you need to keep topping up powersteering fluid you have a leak and should get it fixed asap.
