Hot wire coolant fan, if coolant fan works, you have faulty engine coolant temperature sensor, or you have faulty coolant fan relay.you can use your climate control panel to access any bcm fault codes that will cause your coolant fan not to work.

this is a pain problem , which fan is it for the cooling of the motor for the rad, or heater fan in the cab just hot wire it with key on so it always runs , this will solve that problem , stnks doing it this way but will work , not a bad fuse?

If the fan has voltage AND ground and does not run, it is probably defective.

Fan swish dose not worck
In all probability it is the cooling fan switch. Before you replace it you need to check the fuses. The cooling fan switch is on the intake manifold.

Lot of reasons for this,The orifice tube can be stopped up,or the condenser is,or the fan is not cooling the condenser,or the compressor is bad,,and,if the temp door in the dash is not opening all the way,this would cause this situation.
