sounds like the hard wire attached to the key lock may be off or broken..this happens a lot when a car is "slim jimmed" or used a coat hanger to unlock the door.. or it could be from just normal wear.. the door panel will have to come off the door to be able to look inside and see what is happening.. simple, inexpensive fix for someone with a little mechanical ability
your window regulator is going bad, you will need to replace it. I have the A4 and I have replaced both front window regulators myself. If you plan on doing it yourself you will need to get a drill as Audi uses Rivets to hold the regulator in place. you can then replace the rivets with nuts and bolts.
Your window clips that hold the window in have broken. You will need to replace these clips in order to fix it right. The clips you can buy at any audi dealer. Ask for the most updated ones. There have been many updated clips. Audi has been trying to develop better ones for years but they still keep breaking. Its a very common issue. Your window will still go up and down but since the clips broke you will have it bind in the track. To get you by for the time been. Lubricate the window track with some silicon spray. This will help keep it from binding up until you can do the repair.
