Check the track closely as Ford uses these little plactic end caps for the tracks and they often come loose and can become stuck in the seat track.

Front seat will not slide forward? The seat will move up and down, tilt, and the lumbar works? Even the heated/cooling seat works? What do I need to look for and how do I fix it:?

The power seat in the truck has 3 motors, one of them is not working, the most common cause of this is the power seat switch is defective, it is often the forward and reverse seat positioning switch that fails because it is the one that is most used. If the switch checks ok then you will need to replace the the power seat track assembly, Ford does not sell any parts for the track, it is only available as one complete unit, I know this because i retired form a Ford dealer. Your going to need help.
Replacing the three fuses, won't correct anything, they will just blow again.
Find a shop, that sort of favors doing electrical work

1999 Chevrolet Silverado power bucket seats both seats move.

The problem is the track. You can find replacement tracks on EBAY for about 180.00 for driver side.
