remove the whole assenbly strut an all and you need to place it in a vice...use a device the same size as the berring housing, after you remove the snap ring and hammer out the berring....but you also have to hammer off the rotor off...easiest way to get of a seized rotor is to apply some heat around the berring area and then add cold water...one or two bangs will get the rotor off...or use muscle...

Their shop website says below but you can call the service department. usually you want to tighten it just until it starts to not rotate freely then back off just a little bit. It should spin freely.
Hub bearing starting torque [Limit] : 1.8 Nm (18 kgf·cm, 1.33 lbf·ft) or less
