P1354 is VVT system malfunction bank 2. VVT it Variable Valve Timing. Your ECM controls 2 OCVs (Oil Control Valves) which corrects engine valve timeing for driving conditions. there is a possibility that a pice of debrise has plugged the oil passage in the Bank 2 OCV. If you do not maintain good oil health ( changing your oil and oil filter regularly ) oil will sludge and harden in areas. a pice of this can become dislodged and travel through your oil system and cause a blockage in the system. Other possibilities are, Faulty wireing to the OCV, Faulty OCV, or Faulty ECM
So, how do you go about solving this problem?
To solve the Problem you need to Diagnose which is the problem. Remove the OCV ( Oil Control Valve) Inspect it for sludging oil, and possible debris/ forign matter plugging passages in OCV. If debrise is present CLEAN it. Bench test the OCV, by applying 12V to the connection on the ocv. The valve plunger should move outward when 12V is applyed. and move inward when 12v is disonnected.. If it does not move the OCV is Faulty and needs replacing.
