Antifreeze does not mean that the car will not heat up but to prevent freezing at low temperature. Now if the.radiator is full with the antifreeze and once the engine cools off , if the levels are not low then the radiator is good. however if there is high reduction of water then the radiator must be checked for leak which can be even at high pressure . Also make sure the radiator cap is good.
Secondly if the engine seems to heat up even on idling then the timings must be checked .Also check the water pump ,check on belt tension, check for engine tightness possible wear off within- hope oil, oil filters and periodic/.scheduled maintenance is done as required.
Could be that the heater core in the dash is leaking ,or you could have a bad hose or something leaking coolant in the engine compartment and steam is getting sucked into the air ducts.
