Turn Signal The turn signals in my 92 Buick Regal turn on but do not blink. I have changed out the flasher, all of bulbs (front and back), fuses, as well as tested all of them to make sure they are connected. Any suggestions of what else to check?

I have a 92 buick regal that has the same problem. I have to pull the turn signal arm towards me ( don't pull too far or bright lights will come on) to get them to flash. Husband says that the steering wheel will have to be pulled to fix the problem( wiring in steering column).

The turn signal switch most likely needs to be replaced, and yes the steering wheel does have to be removed to make this repair.

The hazard back lights wont quit blinking when car is running even when i pull the fuse on a 2002 buick regal

What fuse are you pulling ?

Hazard Lamps
The hazard warning switch is part of the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch receives battery voltage at all times through the HAZARD SWITCH Fuse. When the hazard switch is placed in the HAZARD position, battery voltage is applied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher sends a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch provides all of the turn lamps and turn indicators with the turn signal flasher signal, simultaneously flashing them on and off.

Turn Signal Lamps
The front turn signal lamps are made up of the front park/turn signal lamps and rear turn signal lamps. The front turn signal lamps flash with the rear turn signal lamps when a turn is initiated using the turn signal/multifunction lever. The turn signals will operate only with the ignition switch in the RUN position and will not operate during hazard flasher operation.
When the ignition is turned to the RUN position, battery voltage is supplied to the TURN SIGNAL Fuse. Battery voltage is then applied through the turn signal fuse circuit to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in the LH or RH position, voltage is supplied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher supplies a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. With the turn signal switch in the LH or RH position the corresponding turn signal indicator, rear turn signal, and front turn signal receive the turn signal switch signal and will flash. The front turn signals receive the turn signal switch signal from the turn signal switch via the BCM. The turn lamps are permanently grounded.

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction, Turn Signal, and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

What would cause flasher fuse slot to not have power on 1996 buick regal?

If It is not blinking then it's probably a blown bulb, That's how cars tell you a turn signal is bad. You will only have power to fuse slot when turn signal is on and the blinking part runs through a flasher relay so you could have a bad flasher relay if the bulbs are all good.

The front right turn signal turns on but does not blink. is this a bulb, fuse, or something else problem?

sounds like a turn signal flasher . If thr rear turn signal on the same side does the same thing replace your turn signal flasher under dash usually in or next to the fuse box.

Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1992 Buick Regal?

I would get the owner's manual out of the glove box and look up fuse in the index. That will tell you where the fuse box is and often the turn signal and flasher units are plugged in there. With the signals on I would walk around the car and make sure the bulbs are all good.

Turn signals and 4-way flashers do not work - 1997 Buick Century

Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !

Left turn signal does not turn off after completing the turn, right one does. 4-ways work in back but not in front.

there is either a short in the 4 way flasher switch or the turn signal switch. Actually quite common in GM vehicles. The switches will need to be replaced. Also replace flashers which are attached to fuse block and make sure all bulbs are new and same age.
