For both issues, could possibly be the flasher unit for the blinkers.....which could be separate from the hazard flasher unit...(happened on my 92 chevy lumina) or the actual turn signal switch which is located in the steering column....not the stick you push, but the part inside that the lever controls (also happened on my lumina............3 times)

TIP:

start by checking the flasher....its cheap maybe 3-4$ for a new unit.....if thats not it and you figure out its the switch, go to a junkyard.....its wayyyy cheaper

I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina and the turn signals do not work. The hazards work, but can't see the lights on the dashboard. Also the horn does not work.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

The turn signals dont work on my 92 chevy lumina but the hazard lights work fine

hi this sounds like the flasher box for the turn signals my be u/s they run on a separate box to the hazards, i think you will find this in your fuse box it should be one of the relays in there, also have you checked the fuse for it as well? hope this helps

When the blinker is flipped up or down on the column the tail lights dont respond. But the brake lights and the hazards still work fine. Whats the problem?

The turn signal flasher relay may have a problem.Turn on the hazards and follow the clicking sound to the source and usually the hazard flasher and turn signal flasher are very close to each other.Remove the one that is clicking and put it in place of the turn signal flasher. If the Turn signals then work you will need to purchase a new turn signal flasher relay. They are usually just a few dollars.

I cannot locate the fuse box on my 1994 chevy lumina, the my signal lights are not working

A fuse panel is in the glove compartment; remember that turn signal and hazard signals work with Flashers: the turn signal flasher is mounted in a clip on the right side of the steering column support bracket. The hazard flasher is located in the component center, under the instrument panel, on the right side.

Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one.

Hope this help (remember comment and rated this).

1996 Lumina Sedan Turn Signals don't work

do you hazard warning lights work? firstly id check the fuses, check to see if the indicator fuse has blown, if not that then when you put the indicator on does it make the ticking sound it should? if not then your problem will be the flasher unit, the flasher unit is either a three or four pin relay located usually near your fuse box. if the flasher unit is ticking then it should be working correctly. if the worst comes to the worst then it would be a faulty stalk, but hopefully not.

I have a 92 lumina. The turn signals dont work.

The hazard lights has it's own flasher, change the flasher for the turn signals and see if that works. To find out which flasher it is, put on the hazard lights, and put your finger on the flashers, which ever one you don't feel clicking is the turn signal one.
