Are you sure you are not low on gas? sounds to me like you have a small amount of gas in the tank and when you turn right the gas in the tank is moving away from the gas pump which causes the motor to die..

Hi there my car is a polo classic model 2005 m having a problem of the there steering light i try to put the steering oil but still is there please help.

Try this..... Put key into ignition and turn so lights come on (facia).. Do not start car... Turn the steering wheel left to right 90° approx a few times. This will be quite hard to do.
Then turn off ign and restart as normal.
If steering wheel light has gone out and steering is working you will need a new motor drive at some point.
Note.. Sometimes the fuse blows so check fusebox and replace if necessary.

Problems power steering

Sounds like a hard-to-find electrical short. Look under the car to see if any wires are near the steering linkages. Then turn the wheel and look under again (never get under a running car - make sure it is off and in Park with e-brake set).

Bleed power steering on 2008 dodge avenger

to bleed power steering, with front wheels off ground slightly with front wheels pointing straight ahead.engine off. remove power steering filler cap.add power steering until fluid level stop dropping, wait couple minutes and wait, add fluid until level stay at full cold mark on power steering cap dip stick. dont over fill.when fluid level stop dropping, start vechicle, let it idle few minutes. see if fluid level drop if so add more fluid full cold mark.then turn steering all the way to left and right with out hitting a stop.turn steering wheel several times, then turn front wheels pointing forward check power steering fluid level.if power steering fluid level stop dropping air should be out of system, if steering turning wheel dont turn smoothly and power steering fluid look light tan color air getting in the system.check all power steering lines to rack and power steering pump for leaks.be sure you replaced all the power steering lines with new o rings if not you will get a leak.if you find a leak, you need to fix the leak and bleed system again.dont drive vechicle if your steering dont feel right, have vechicle towed to a garage.

I have a 2006 pontiac pursuit (g5) and when you turn the steering wheel past center from either direction the steering wheel makes a clicking sound that is loud enough to hear any where in the car. It does...

iF YOUR PONTIAC HAS ELECTRIC OR ELECTRIC ASSIST STEERING, THEN IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE MISSING TEETH/DAMAGED GEAR INSIDE THE ELECTRICAL STEERING ASSEMBLY. THIS WOULD CAUSE THE NOISE AND THE OFF CENTER STEERING CONCERN.

My 2002 volvo s60 non turbo has been dying when i take a right sharp curve or when I turn my wheel to the right to turn into a parking place. any ideas. the recent incident I was coming down a mountain...

The first thing i would check with this kind of problem is the ignition switch if it's mounted in the steering column. There may be a wire on it that has an OK connection when the steering wheel is pointed straight but turning the wheel to the right stresses something a little and cuts power to an important leg of the switch.

Recode steering angle sensor

For recode the steering angle sensor you must connect a diagnosis scantool to the data link connector of the car in order to access the ESP ECU (Electronic Control Unit), in other words programm again the steering angle sensor in the ESP ECU. Select the steering angle sensor programming (learning) menu, and follow the steps: put steering wheel in straight direction, then turn steering wheel to the left direction less 15 degrees, then to the right direction less 15 degrees, put steering wheel in straight direction again until the programming was done. Then the ESP light will turns OFF.

95 ford windstar dies when i turn the steering wheel hard

windstar has a pressure switch on the pressuer line to the rack and pinion, squeeze the plug and pull up to disconect it and see if it happens again. you might have a short in one of these wires or the switch ... to reach the switch it is mounted on top of the power steering rack so reach down behind the motor on the driver side or crawl under and reach up on driver side

Auto won't start

curious, i've seen this before but not whith this kind of car. if you park with the steering wheel turned to one side or the other, when you shut the car off, the power steering also shuts off. this could be putting pressure on the steering wheel when it locks off. next time, before turning off the motor, aim the wheels straight ahead first. be sure the steering wheel is straight on before you turn the engine off. this time, when you turn the motor off, the power steering will not be a factor. hopefully it eliminate the problem.
