All Ford dealers get their owner's manuals from Helm. www.helm.com, I do
believe you have to be a dealer to order direct though.

I keep getting those for my vehicles too.. I know a lot of websites and which one is best for what type of vehicle. and which websites have customer care service etc free also
www.autozone.com and make a free account. Log on to that account. Put in the year make and model, look for the free repair guides. That is as close to free as you are going to get. The OEM manuals for motor vehicles are several hundred dollars.
transmission modulator valve is clogged. it will not show up on the computer,but will definately make your truck do what its doing. 88-94 rangers hav had technical service bulletins issued by Ford for this issue. Very easy to replace.
