The upstream O2 sensors are just off the engine exhaust manifolds, the downstream sensor is located aft of the catalytic converter, it is not called an O2 sensor it is referred to as the catalyst efficiency monitor.
Bank 2 o2 sensor 1 is on the back side of the engine. Simply follow the exhaust manifold nearest the firewall the first o2 is bank 2 o2 1 the next o2 will be bank 2 o2 2. The o2 you see by the radiator is bank 1 o2 1.

yes. you can access on the backside of exhaust manifold. go to harbor freight and buy and oxysensor socket. be sure to unplug o-2 sensor before you unscrew. easy job.
get a new mechanic, need to check for vac. leaks, poss needs tune up. alot O2 codes i have gotten have been created by vacuum leak or warn out plugs, rarely have i had to replace a O2 sensor.
