First off is your compressor pre-lubed? to find out, remove shipping caps from ports and tip to side and see if any oil comes out. As a rule of thumb, The oil is sold in a small bottle pre measured for the entire system. 1/4 bottle per item (compressor, evaporator, condenser, and filter/dryer) The label showing cc's will do fine for your oil needs as the system will find its own level once activated. Oil continuously flows througout system. Need I remind you that when replacing compressor you should also replace filter/dryer so you do not repeat this job in two months.

Do a new AC compressor come with oil? the instruction say remove excess oil.

Some compressors do and some do not. Take out the drain plug and drain the oil into a clean container then replace with the correct amount. Remember to drain the old compressor to see how much oil is left in the system

How much ac oil in Toyota Yaris?

1 Are you recharging yourself?
2 Have you removed any previously installed components like compressor, condenser etc
In the case you are replacing any of the components you should get the oil from the parts store or it usually comes with a new compressor. I think it is about 120 CC but in case you are just changing the compressor the rule of thumb is to drain the oil out of the old compressor in to a measurable container and replace with the same amount in the new compressor. attached is a chart if any of the components have been changed and how much oil might be needed.

What is the A/C Compressor Oil Capacity in a 2002 Dodge Durango with the dual system?

The system oil capacity (Total- if all components replaced or flushed) is 10.0 oz. Manufacturer oil proceedure for the compressor alone is to drain and measure oil from the old compressor (make sure to turn shaft a few times to get it all out) and add the same amount of new oil to the new compressor. Chrysler says that you must use a sp15 PAG oil.
Note that you must flush the entire system when replacing the compressor in order for the warranty to be valid on the replacement part. Also require is the replacement of the drier assembly.
Have a great day!

I just replaced the comp, the dryer and the orfice tube in my 2005 dodge ram 2500 with the 5.9L diesel, what oil and how much do i put in my ac system?

Tip the drier upside down and allow some of the oil trapped in the drier to drip into a small container. Smell the oil. If it smells like fruit then it is an Ester based oil. Look at the label on the compressor as the type of oil used in the compressor should be listed on this label and NEVER use a different type of oil then the one listed as the oils are NOT mixable. The amount of oil is depndent upon the size of the system and the amount the compressor has been initially filled with. Check with the vehicle manufacturer or a local Air Con service centre as they will be able to advise regarding amount. If you add the oil yourself, remember that all the synthetic oils used with modern refrigerants is a health hazard and can cause dematitis and severe skin irritations. Certain types of oils are also known to be carcinogenic so wear gloves and face protection. Remember that too much oil is worse then not enough as overcharging the oil can cause flooding in the condenser and reduces the ability of the condenser to allow the transfer of stored heat out to the surrounding air..
