I want to know where my coolant sensor is located

the ECT sensor is on top of the coolant manifold.

Why ? want to test electrical circuit of the coolant temp sensor ? Do you know where the coolant temp sensor is ? How to test coolant temperature sensor ECT sensor test

Sarah, The Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on your Kia is located below rad hose driver side by exhaust manifold. May be a good time to flush coolant system when changing sensor.

in the 5.2L V8 engine the coolant sensor is located on top of the engine. Locate the coolant thick hose coming from top of the ratiator to the top of the engine. Look at the place such hose connects to the engine you wont miss the sensor it is about one inch from there.

At or near the bottom of the coolant reservoir is the coolant level sensor. Are you referring to the sensor that let's you know your coolant level is low, or the coolant temperature sensor.

its on intake manifold next to thermostat housing.

it should be right by the upper radiator hose. it just unscrews. go to auto zone they can help..youll have to drain some coolant. or go to the library for help
