Hope you appreciate this i have spent ages looking in the haynes manual and the fuse boxesa are not shown but looking at the wiring diagrams it states that fuse 18 is the airbag module so this wouldnt stop car from starting now looking for fuse 20 ,it says here that it feeds the vehicle speed control system and another feed to fuse 15 and 16 which is ABS and the flasher ,well if this correct then the non starting wouldnt be caused by these fuses ,and as fuse 18 is supplying fuses 15 and 16 and they are not blowing this its the vehicle speed system thats blowing this fuse and fuse 18 could be something wrong with airbag module unless their is short or damaged wires in the loom somewhere where its chaffed through or rubbed against something

2003 jeep wrangler x fuse box diagram

just a flash light and 5min. looking finds 99% bad fuses.
why do you need to know the exact one?
here is the full FSM> see wiper wiring, its fuse #17 runs the front.
it runs the waster too, so if that works its not Fuse 17.
or any fuse ,.

17 is marked FRT WIPE

see power distrubution page 3. top left corner fuse.
if the fuse is good we use a voltmeter to find out what really is bad.
ask.

I need to know which fuse powers the trailer plug, I shorted it out and the owners manual does not match the fuse block

Hi Stephen, I'm glad to help!

Most all trailer wiring is run off the rear lighting system, with the exception of the power and ground that runs to the battery with an inline fuse. Some wiring also hooks to the TIPM which is the fuse box under the hood. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Stephen.

1997 Cherokee fuses under hood

No diagrams? I'm working on a '95 cherokee, the cover on the box has a complete diagram on the underside. On the '95, there are 10 maxi-fuses, and 6 mini-fuses. What is the number designation of the fuse? Likely the numbers may not agree with mine, but I could try to help. By the way, if you have your owner's manual, it would show all fuse and relay descriptions and locations, both the under hood box and the under dash fuse block.

Where is the power distrubution center located, not the fuse box

The power distribution center IS a fuse and relay box. It is located in the left side of the engine compartment.

I don't know what you are trying to fix, but reviewing this article might be helpful:

How do I know which fuse is the brake fuse and the turn signal fuse? I don't have the owners manual! Ford Freestar 2005

In the power distribution box located in the engine capartment is a fuse for the brake and turn signals. Howerver it says for trailer so I don't know if this is what you are looking for. I have looked all through and that is the only fuse I see for that kind of a circuit together. I am a mechanic and own a shop but to be honest I haven't worked on many Freestars. Below is a diagram of the power distribution box and fuse numbers. If you want an owners manual for your vehicle, email me at [email protected] with your make, model & year and I will be happy to email you a copy of it for you so you can look through yourself if you want or since you don't have one maybe you would want it anyway. Don't worry there is no cost to you for me email it to you. I hope this helps and good luck. here is your picture:

My power windows are not working. They all stopped working at once and none of the controls work to operate them. I'm thinking it is something electrical and has to do with the fuse box located under the...

Do you have your owner's manual? In the owner's manual on page 223 it shows which fuse is for your power windows. The fuse panel is on the left end of the dash, it is number 21 and is a 30Amp fuse. Turn the car off and pull this fuse. You can look at it and if it is blown it will be very obvious. Your fuse panel should also have some spare fuses but if it doesn't, you can get a fuse at just about any auto-parts store (AutoZone, O'Reilly's, Advance Auto, etc.) fairly cheap. One huge SAFETY NOTE here, the fuse is rated at 30Amps, do NOT try to put one in with a bigger value, make sure you put in ONLY a 30Amp fuse.

I am including a link with the owner's manual just in case you do not have a manual: https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/PA9999/PA9999O00222A.pdf

You will need Adobe to open it. Hope this helps!
