You have a rusted out ground leads to both front lamps. It may be bad enough rusting up front that effects both fenders. Run some heavy ground wires from negative of battery to both fenders, then tie in the negative lamp leads to the fenders. Might as well make sure the ground connections to everything else are holding up as well. I've added grounds to windshield wiper motors and blower fans that quit working as well.
If you open your driver side door and look on the side of the dashboard where the side vent is you should see a little panel that is removable and there behind that panel you would find you fuse box for all your minor electrical components.
