Try to bypass and apply 12v to motor directly, this will tell you if it's the motor or the switch

Blower motor has nothing to do with whether or not ac has a full charge, must check power to switch and relay and fan to isolate cause of problem.

Heater blower don't work

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor.Get the blower motor inspected. If its faulty it has to be replaced.

Heater blower works just don't get any air at all

The heater blend door actuator is not opening the door.Check for power at the actuator and if you have power at the actuator and its not working then replace the actuator. These actuators are a well known culprit of this problem. You find the actuator behind the glove box it will have a small arm on it that operates the heater blend door.

I replace the heater blower in my 1989 volvo 740, the heat is now working but the problem is that it only blows after i turn it on #4, doesn't work on lower settings, pls advise

Geraldine,I would venture that the resistor board, usually mounted near the blower motor, has almost gone all the way bad. Have someone check it. Of course,it could be the blower speed selector switch, but probably not.

A/C and Heater Problem

Well, you eliminated the resistor,so it probably means the blower motor has shorted out.Either that or something has gotten into the blower wheel and jammed it. If you can bypass the resistor and just put 12 volts into the motor,do it.But don't hold it long,as a direct short can cause a fire without a fuse to blow for safety.
In other words, prepare to buy a new heater blower motor. don-ohio

Heater fuse location anyone?

to start out make sure you have the right amount of antifreeze in the car and if the blower motor is not working it probably is the fuse or the blower motor itself check the fuses under the dash on the driverside and the panel lid should tell you which one is for the heater

Heater won't work

make sure there is enough anti-freeze in the truck and if it be a while flush the system and replace thermastat and check all the fuses for the blower and if they are good and the power going to the blower is but none is coming from the blower replace the blower itself
